Cooke miniS4/i Cine Lens Set

Cooke miniS4/i Cine Lens Set

The miniS4/i Primes (T2.8 to T22 aperture) incorporate everything that today's filmmakers ask for: smaller, lighter-weight lenses that offer the same resolution, optical quality and reliability as the S4/i lenses at T2.8 speed. With the speed of the new digital cameras, T2.8 is the new, economical T2.0.

The Cooke Mini S4/i’s are interchangeable with the S4/i and 5/i lenses for shooting film and digital images up to and beyond a 4K resolution. Current Mini S4/i focal lengths are 18, 25, 32, 40, 50, 65, 75, 100 and 135mm.

Leica Summicron-C T.20 Smaller, lighter Leica Summicron-C cine lenses with a classic look and modern design Creating magical, meaningful images is not just about technical specifications and charts. It takes a skilled cinematographer and a lens with the character needed to bring their vision to life. The Leica Summicron-C prime lenses put the most modern design and manufacturing techniques into the service of creating a timeless set of lenses which manage to capture the creamy texture of the world without sacrificing sharpness and contrast. Aperture The T2.0 Leica Summicron-C prime lenses are built with high ASA/ISO digital cameras in mind, offering plenty of depth of field and performance while maintaining a compact size. Focusing The classic linear focus scale of the Summicron-C lenses is familiar to camera assistants around the world. Focus rolls in gently allowing for smooth pulls without the unpleasant sudden snap of sharpness. Size Advances in cine lens design allow the Summicron-C lenses to be smaller and more compact than other lenses with comparable performance. Only 4” (101mm) long and weighing between 2.9 and 3.4 pounds (1.3-1.6kg), these lenses are perfect for stabilized rigs, aerial cinematography, underwater cinematography, and stereoscopic 3D.
