Atomos Shogun Studio II is 3U Dual Channel 4K / Multi HD ISO Monitor Recorder For 4K broadcast production

The master recording station Atomos Shogun Studio 2 harnesses the latest 4K/HD recorder, monitor and playback technologies. The dual 7-inch monitors are designed and calibrated to enhance existing HD workflows and provide an affordable rack mount solution for creating 4K masters. Shogun Studio automatically switches channels when the disk is full without any down time in recording. Each channel can be operated via the independent touch screens to adjust record, monitor, playback and edit functions.

The Atomos Shogun Studio 2 can handle recording up to 8 channels at 1080p60 at the same time! In 4k 50/60 fps recording of both channels is possible simultaneously. He inherits the switching function from the Shogun 7. Like its predecessor, the Studio 2 can of course also be used as a player. The Shogun Studio 2 offers i.a. a versatile 3U rack design with HDR monitoring, recording and playback, switching, signal conversion, two redundant power supplies, low rack depth and removable rack ears.
