Introducing the next generation customizable cinema camera! Blackmagic PYXIS 6K is a high end digital film camera that produces precise skin tones and rich organic colors. It features an extremely versatile design that lets you build the perfect camera rig for your production! You get a full frame 36 x 24mm 6K sensor with wide dynamic range with a built in optical low pass filter that's been designed to perfectly match the sensor. Plus there are 3 models available in either EF, PL or L-Mount. You also get 2 x CFexpress media recorders and Ethernet for sharing media to Blackmagic Cloud! It even records both 12-bit Blackmagic RAW and extremely small H.264 proxies files at the same time!

Baseline 15mm LW (Blackmagic PYXIS) SKU: M49-BSL-LW13-AC10 Baseline 15mm LW (Blackmagic PYXIS) is a baseplate that holds 15mm lightweight rods at the correct distance from the center of the lens on the listed cameras. ARRI dovetail slot on the bottom attaches to the included Baseline ARRI Dovetail or other ARRI standard dovetails using a top-load locking mechanism. Loosen the thumbscrew and push the silver button on the operator's side to release the baseplate from the ARRI dovetail. To reattach, drop down and listen for the pop to know it has engaged. Adjust the position on the ARRI dovetail, then lock the ratcheting thumbscrew.Baseline ARRI Dovetail is the included lower ARRI mounting plate which can attach to tripod plates using 1/4-20 or 3/8-16 screws or ARRI standard bridgeplates with centered or offset screw spacing. ARCA dovetail slot on top holds the included ARCA Dovetail and can be top-loaded, or installed from the back by sliding in. When sliding in from the back, a safety pin will engage with a pop when properly installed. Adjust the position, then lock the ratcheting thumbscrew. Top-loading can be achieved by loosening the thumbscrew, pulling out on the ratcheting knob, and turning the thumbscrew until ARCA clamp has opened fully.
