The ATEM156S is the HDMI/SDI variant of the popular ATEM156 HDMI multiview monitor for (not only) ATEM switcher. The "S" version offers 4x 3G-SDI inputs/outputs in addition to the HDMI input and is therefore the ideal complement to e.g. ATEM SDI/SDI Pro/SDI Extreme ISO switchers. Of course, the Quad View function is available to display all four SDI inputs.

Equipped with four 4K HDMI inputs, it supports quad view, dual view and single view monitoring functions, allowing you to get perfect multi-camera monitoring in any location! It contains focus-checking functions, such as Peaking Focus, False Color and Pixel to Pixel, to assist in getting sharp images. It contains framing functions, such as Center Marker, Safety Marker and Grid Marker, to prevent the cut of the screen during the live, to leave the correct space for other functions during the live. It also includes other useful functions like Image Zoom, Check Field, Image Freeze, Color Temperature Adjustment etc.

ATEM SDI’s compact all in one design includes both a control panel as well as connections. The front panel includes easy to use buttons for selecting sources, video effects and transitions. The source buttons are large so it’s possible to use it by feel, letting the presenter do the switching! You even get buttons for audio mixing! The ATEM SDI Pro and Extreme models have buttons for recording and streaming control, as well as output selection buttons that let you change the video output between program, direct camera feeds and the multiview. On the rear panel there are SDI connections for cameras, extra microphone inputs, USB for webcam plus multiple SDI "aux" outputs for program video.
