Teradek Ranger HDTeradek Ranger is an uncompressed, 1080 HDR wireless video transmission
system for broadcast, live production, and professional A/V. The
system utilizes our patented JSSC technology to send 10-bit, 4:2:2
video up to 5,000 ft. line of sight at less than 1 ms (millisecond)
delay. Ranger operates over the unlicensed 5GHz band and is also
capable of transmitting over the 4.9 GHz band, which may require
special licensing in certain countries.Features

Teradek's patented Joint Source Channel Coding (JSCC) technology,
utilizing MIMO and OFDM, enables the transmission of uncompressed,
10-bit, 4:2:2 video at less than 1 millisecond of delay. Ranger’s
exclusive RF design is UNII-5 ready and utilizes 40 MHz / 20 MHz
channels with far greater efficiency than H.264 / HEVC encoding
solutions and offers better performance in the noisiest environments.

Launchpad app for iOS and Android. Pair transmitters and receivers with
the touch of a button, monitor channel interference, and set operating
frequencies directly from the app, no cables needed.
Unbreakable Encryption
Ranger offers the industry’s best protection against prying eyes with
AES-256 encryption using RSA 1024 key pairing. Combined, these two
technologies ensure nobody can decrypt your wireless feed or connect
another receiver to your system without explicit authorization.
