This Base Plate includes two 3/8”-16 screws and two anti-twist pins built into the bottom of the plate for a secure connection. Additionally, six 3/8”-16 and four 1/4”-20 with anti-twist ports on the sides and front of the plate allow users to mount more accessories along the Base Plate. 8Sinn Arca Swiss Baseplate Kit + Arri Dovetail Plate 10” SKU: 8-15BP+8-RPII+8-ASP-RII+8-10ADP The 8Sinn Riser Plate II is designed to be combined with the included 8Sinn 15mm Baseplate and the 8Sinn Arca Swiss Plate, which is created specifically for it. All these products combined together form a set that is the base for the camera and allows quickly releasing and switching to handheld shooting. The Arca Swiss Plate is precisely shaped on the inside to be aligned with the safety locks on the Riser Plate II - there is a release pin on one side and a lever on the other. Thanks to this, when these items are connected, they’re secured from both sides. The long slot in the middle of the Arca Swiss Plate gives the ability of connecting it to a camera cage in ways adjusted to the threaded openings on the cage with the help of 1/4“ or 3/8“ mounting screws which are supplied. The 8Sinn 15mm Baseplate has two 32mm Arri Rosettes and 15mm rod openings. On the bottom, there are dovetail guide rails. Thus, the set can be connected with the 8Sinn 10" Arri Dovetail Plate and mounted on a tripod head. This makes a great solution for more complex camera rigs.
