Zacuto Canon C70 Z-Finder SKU: Z-FIND-C70 The Canon C70 Z-Finder is designed to be used with the Canon C70. The Z-Finder uses a 2.5x magnification and has a diopter range of -2 to +2 with the included Extender Frames. If you need more adjustment than the Extender Frames provide, you can purchase drop in diopters for further diopter adjustment. The interchangeable anti-fog diopters, -1, +1, +2, +3 and +4, correct the focus to your vision for perfect clarity. The Z-Finder can be used independently of any camera cage. It securely mounts to the camera strap hook, which is built into the camera's body, providing a rock solid mounting point. Attaching and removing the Z-Finder is as easy as turning a lever and sliding the ZACUTO Z-Finder on or off the LCD. It features a foam padded sleeve that won't damage or scratch your camera's LCD. The unique design of the Z-Finder allows it to have a 135 degree range of motion when tilting up or down, letting you comfortably view the LCD when shooting in low mode, raised up over your head, and everything in between. The flip open feature also gives you easy access to the LCD's touch screen for changing settings on the fly. The Z-Finder will hold its position when flipped open and then lock in the closed position when you are done touching the LCD.

Zacuto Z-Finder for C300-C500 Z-FIND-C3 The C300/500 Z-Finder is an optical viewfinder, specifically designed to attach to the Canon C300 and C500 cinema camera’s LCD screen. This Z-Finder will magnify the LCD screen by 1.8x and has a diopter wheel for specific focus tuning. It cuts out any extraneous light and offers an initial point of stability by pressing your eye against the large eyecup. The Z-Finder includes 4 interchangeable anti-fog glass diopters, 0, +1, +2, and +3 so you can correct it to your vision right out of the box and then fine tune it with our red adjust wheel for perfect clarity. -1 and +4 diopters are available for purchase separately. An aluminum sun mask is built in to the Z-Finder to protect your LCD screen from sunlight. The Zacuto C300/C500 Z-Finder is attaches by using a foam padded sleeve that slides over the LCD screen of either the C300 or C500. The sleeve is secured into place with a bar clamp. It also includes a unique monitor lock clip to keep the LCD screen from moving forward when the Z-Finder is pressed against your eye. The C300/C500 Z-Finder is only compatible with the Canon C300 and the Canon C500. It is not compatible with any other cameras or set ups.

It is the same optical viewfinder eyepiece but the mount is different for the FX6. The FX6 Z-Finder comes with a flip up frame designed to slide onto the FX6 LCD and lock securely in place. The Zacuto Z-Finder will pop on and off the frame for quick shooting. The red lever at the bottom of the frame allows you to quickly flip the Z-Finder up without removing it from the frame. Zacuto Z-Finder Pro 2.5x Z-FIND-PRO2 The Z-Finder Pro 2.5x is an optical viewfinder that allows DSLR cameras to have the correct form factor for video. This Z-finder will magnify the LCD screen by 2.5x and has a diopter for specific focus tuning. It cuts out any extraneous light and offers an initial point of stability by pressing your eye against our comfy, large eyecup. The Zacuto Z-Finder Pro 2.5x comes with a 40 mm diameter Zacuto optical designed lens, anti-fog coated protective covers, and a mounting system designed for 3” LCD screens. (A 3.2” version is available.) The diopter allows you to dial in the focus to match your eye. If you need extra focal points you can use the included Z-Finder Extender Frames. These are semi-permanent stackable frames that attach to the body of the Z-Finder Pro and extend the Z-Finder glass further away from the LCD screen for people who are farsighted. The 2.5x magnification is recommended in particular for users who are near sighted and may have problems seeing long distances. The Z-Finder Pro 2.5x has a diopter range of -4.75 and up (unlimited with extender frames). Users with 20/20 vision can use either magnification. It is a personal preference. This is the model we use with our electronic viewfinder packages. Your camera model is irrelevant when choosing between the 2.5x and 3x magnifications. If you are particularly far sighted (wear strong reading glasses) or are just looking for the biggest magnification possible we recommend the Z-Finder Pro 3x. The Z-Finder Pro attaches to your camera with the included Gorilla Baseplate and Z-Finder 3" Mounting Frame for Small DSLR Bodies. (The Z-Finder Mounting Frame can also be attached to our DSLR Baseplate). The Gorilla Baseplate attaches to the bottom of your camera using a ¼ 20” screw and has ¼ 20” screw holes underneath to attach a tripod plate. The metal Z-Finder Mounting Frame attaches to the Gorilla Baseplate using the provided red thumb screws. The Z-finder itself pops on and off the Z-finder Mounting frame. No magnets or glue are used. The metal Z-Finder Mounting Frame is backed with rubber to prevent scratching or slippage. If you want to remove the entire mounting frame from your camera, you can do so by loosening the thumb screws and pulling up on the metal mounting frame to release.
