The adapter's adjustment range is limited only to the length of rods you choose.The clamp can be dismounted in seconds thanks to the quick-release system, tightened with only one thumbscrew. The 8Sinn Riser Plate II is designed to be combined with the included 8Sinn 15mm Baseplate and the 8Sinn Arca Swiss Plate, which is created specifically for it. All these products combined together form a set that is the base for the camera and allows quickly releasing and switching to handheld shooting. The Arca Swiss Plate is precisely shaped on the inside to be aligned with the safety locks on the Riser Plate II - there is a release pin on one side and a lever on the other. Thanks to this, when these items are connected, they’re secured from both sides. The long slot in the middle of the Arca Swiss Plate gives the ability of connecting it to a camera cage in ways adjusted to the threaded openings on the cage with the help of 1/4“ or 3/8“ mounting screws which are supplied. The 8Sinn 15mm Baseplate has two 32mm Arri Rosettes and 15mm rod openings. On the bottom, there are dovetail guide rails. Thus, the set can be connected with the 8Sinn 10" Arri Dovetail Plate and mounted on a tripod head. This makes a great solution for more complex camera rigs.

8Sinn Battery Mounting Plate with 15mm Rod Clamp consists of two parts: plate and rod clamp.
Aluminum plate has 3x8 mounting points for V-Mount Battery and three cold shoe mounts for other accessories. Plate is attached to the rod clamp by three screws - this point of attachment is also the positioning point, where one of two positions can be set (vertical or horizontal). 15MM Rod Clamp is set in place by two thumbscrews, located on each side. Safe usage is guaranteed by rigid and solid structure.

Easy access to battery and card's openings
Every user exploits his camera diferently, but everyone requires smooth and undisturbed access to every button, plug and opening placed on the camera`s surface - 8Sinn meets such needs. Due to significant dimensions of the camera itself, the cage was equipped with two mounting screws (upper and lower). Besides those two screws, 8Sinn has placed additional pins on the inside surface of the cage - these pins are dedicted to cages' bottom openings - their task is to prevent the camera body from twisting/sliding after being mounted on the cage.

One of cage`s tasks is to protect your camera from being damaged by precisely enclosing it. 8Sinn cage protects your gear, but above all it will expand its possibilities.
