The bridge plate can be adjusted front to back, depending on the weight distribution of the camera, and can be locked in the desired position with the side lever. The same can be done with the padding itself, underneath the dovetail section. You can position the padding and lock it in place with its side lever. Spring loaded stoppers are included at the front and back of the shoulder mount to prevent the top bridge plate from sliding out. To release entirely the bridge plate, simply push down on the button and the bridge plate is free. Made of sturdy CNC aluminum, the dovetail section is 12 ½ inch long and allows a 10 ½ inches of travel for the bridge plate. It provides stability and can be combined with a variety of our handles given the two ARRI rosettes at the front part of the shoulder mount.
