The Bolt 6 Series uses both the 6GHz and 5GHz unlicensed bands, so you can avoid signal congestion by using the U-NII 5 capability in Bolt 6, while retaining the ability to operate in 5GHz bands. Every Bolt 6 TX and RX device can be paired with any Bolt 4K device regardless of range. The maximum range of the system in this scenario is always limited by the shortest range. In order to use 6GHz (U-NII 5), you will need a Bolt 6 on both the TX and RX side.

Teradek’s Bolt 6 LT can be combined with SmallHD Smart 7 Monitors and Wireless Camera Control Starter Kits, allowing you to wirelessly control RED®, ARRI, and Sony VENICE cameras, at a range of up to 5000+ ft. Control start/stop, ISO, white balance, and more.
